Exercise can be done seated or standing using light weight dumbbells, resistance band, booty band and dowel rod.

This class includes:

NOTE:  Please send a message before booking


What to bring

A chair and light weight dumbbell (2-3Kg). If you do not have light weight dumbbells, 2 bottle of water will do, resistance bands and dowel rod
