Start your day with this healthy, personalised combination of pilates and stretching. Come as a beginner or come as an advanced learner, you will close class feeling ready for your day.


What you'll learn

We will do stretching and a pilates mat class, bringing breath and body awareness to the forefront while creating length, strength, space in your body.  Feel good, because your body deserves it. 


What to bring

Mat, towel, little pillow (optional), a smile. *Please tell instructor about any previous injuries before the start of class.

I have been teaching Spanish, ESL (English a Second Language), as well as a Dance (Salsa and Bachata) and Pilates for over 13 years. I have two degrees (1 in English language and literature and the other in Spanish language and literature), two Masters (one in each language), two Pilates certifications, and I have been dancing and moving since I was 3 yrs old until now with my own dance studio in Spain. From China to Africa, I have been able to share the things that I love so much through student-teacher connection. I hope to be able to share them with you, too.
